Grand Theft Auto V raked in a jaw dropping $800 Million just 24 hours after its release, according to Take Two Interactive (TTWO), the parent company of developer and publisher Rockstar Games. As if that weren’t enough, they crossed the $1 Billion mark in three short days, making it the biggest entertainment launch of all time. To put things in perspective, Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 hit $500 million 24 hours after launch — which GTA V beat by a cool $300 Million. In fact, Black Ops 2 didn’t pass $1 Billion until fifteen days later.
